1. Refund Eligibility

In compliance with Paddle’s refund policy, we offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your purchase must have been made within the last 14 days.
  • You must provide a valid reason for requesting the refund (e.g., technical issues, incorrect plan selection, etc.).
  • Refunds will not be issued for renewals or recurring charges after the 14-day window.

2. How to Request a Refund

Refunds are handled securely through Paddle. To request one:

  • Go to https://paddle.net and locate your purchase receipt.
  • Use the “View order details / Manage subscription” link in your email receipt to contact Paddle support.
  • Alternatively, you can contact us directly at chidera@chiderahumphrey.com, and we’ll coordinate with Paddle to process your request.

3. Processing Time

Refund requests are typically reviewed and processed within 5–10 business days after submission. Once approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Refund request made after 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Abuse or misuse of the platform in violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Failure to use the product due to user error or misunderstanding.
